Bagels with Buddies April

Last Saturday was our monthly Bagels with Buddies, a family storytime that happens once a month.  I started almost two years ago as a way of offering a program for working families, parents that like me at one point couldn't attend any of the fabulous storytimes for toddlers and pre-schoolers because they happened in the middle of a week day.  It is one of my favorite programs, part of the fun is not knowing who might show up (it is a drop-in program) and sometimes it has been a very small group and other times the room is full to capacity.  Most of the fun comes from seeing families having fun with their little ones, sharing stories, and be willing to dance and do silly finger rhymes because it makes their children happy.  It is a great way to start a weekend.   Here is plan for the program.
